Why yes I did, Johnny.Much thanks!
You picked some fine examples to get me started. My previous exposure to Ween had been limited to "Push The Little Daisies" and that "Homo Rainbow" song from South Park.
I used to dismiss them as a novelty act, but now I'm impressed with the quality of the musicianship, and all the diverse styles of music that they cover.I spent most of that weekend listening to your recommendations, some songs I liked right away, others grew on me with repeated listening (as I moved from show to show), and some were stuck in my head for the next few days.Good stuff.I would love to check out a show.

Have you heard their unreleased jingles for Pizza Hut?
I stumbled upon them while surfing the net and streaming those shows.
Here's the link to the article and MP3 samples.

I had no idea about the Pizza Hut thing. Thanks for tipping me off. That's great. There's a tune off of the album POD that's called Polo Asada and all it is is people ordering food at a mexican fast food restaurant with a background groove. It's freakin great man, these stoners asking questions off the menu then ordering then getting incorrect change. It's hillarious.
